The empty library now uses the same project-library workspace as established libraries, project creation has one primary entry, and unit labels adapt to the current workflow. Developer-only AI services stay behind account grants and local developer mode. This public Beta is ad-hoc signed and not Apple-notarized; macOS may show Gatekeeper or quarantine prompts.
