Palim 0.2.4-beta.4 brings imported projects into a clearer handoff: review happens during import, while durable language, collaboration, layout, and source decisions continue in ordinary project settings. Ambiguous items remain reviewable without making “imported” a permanent class of project content. Project images now share one workflow across supported raster and safe SVG assets. Authors can browse, insert, preview, request a new image or a reviewable edit through Palim AI when available, undo accepted changes, and carry figures through DOCX, PDF, EPUB, and print-oriented output. Local import remains usable without Palim AI, with deterministic multilingual language and material classification when the hosted service is unavailable. AI Copilot now streams directly into the conversation without a duplicate pre-response card, keeps submitted author text in the normal thread, and uses the Palim AI brand mark consistently. Account-authorized development connections remain separated from the ordinary author surface. This public Beta is ad-hoc signed and not Apple-notarized, so macOS may show Gatekeeper or quarantine prompts. Keep independent backups of important projects.
